Sure. We usually provide existing samples for free, but charge a small sample charge for custom designs. The sample charge is refundable when the order exceeds a certain quantity.

We offer shipping via FedEx, UPS, TNT, or DHL. You’re welcome to use your own carrier account for shipping, or if you prefer, we can ship using our account after receiving payment for freight charges via PayPal.

If necessary, we will sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) to ensure that we do not share your artwork with any other clients and will not sell your OEM products to anyone else. The production lead time for the Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) is typically 30 to 45 days. For Payment: Our normal payment term is T/T 30% deposit after order signed and 70% against copy of B/L. We also accept L/C at sight, also welcome Alibaba trade assurance order.
